Refund and Returns Policy
Once the ticket has been acquired through www.villasalada.es, its amount will not be changed or refunded, except in cases of event cancellation. Those cases in which the suspension or modification occurred once the show or recreational activity began and was due to force majeure will not be returned.
If suspension is made after half the show, there will be no refund. Bad weather conditions do not entitle you to return the ticket. In case of cancellation, the return may be made within fifteen days from the date of public communication of the suspension of the show. After this period, no refund will be accepted. Management / distribution expenses or inbound recovery services will not be subject to refund.
For the return, in case the client requests it, it will only be admitted in the event of a serious illness and must be justified by a medical report. Otherwise it is subject to valuation by Centro Hípico Villasalada SLU.
The refund of the amount of the tickets will be automatically executed to the card from which the purchase was made in an approximate period of 3 to 15 business days.
Upon accessing the premises, the public may be subject to a search according to the law. Entrance with all those objects that could be considered dangerous by the organization is not allowed. It reserves the right of admission.
Admission is subject to the fact of having a full entrance and in good condition. The holder of the ticket will lose his rights upon leaving the premises. It is the organization’s power to allow access to the premises once the function has begun.
The organization reserves the right to alter or modify the program of the act. In case of cancellation, the organization undertakes to refund the amount of the ticket.
